This 8-hour, evidence-based course—conducted by the Brookings Area United Way—provides practical skills to help someone who may be developing a mental health concern or experiencing a crisis, including contemplating suicide.
Just like CPR helps you assist someone having a heart attack, Mental Health First Aid gives you the tools to:

Space is limited to 30 participants, so early registration is encouraged. This training is limited to members of the Volga Business Network.
