This session introduces the fundamentals of generative artificial intelligence and how it can create value for businesses. Participants will gain an understanding of what AI is, why it matters, and where it can be applied in areas like customer service, marketing, and sales. The focus is on building a strong foundation and identifying opportunities where AI can save time and improve efficiency. 

Lunch will be provided. Register for this session to establish the basics, or combine it with Day 2 for a complete learning experience.
